The item I want is marked as being ‘SOLD OUT, do you guys do re-print?
Up until now we haven’t, and are not planning on doing reprints of our designs in the immediate future. Our collection is purposely produced in small runs to guarantee a degree of exclusiveness and originality. We realize that some size/design combinations do sell out really fast, and in time we will doubtlessly have to make an exception on our stance. If you are a customer or retailer interested in a T-shirt that is out of print, please send a mail to ben@fifthworld.be and we’ll get back to you to on the matter.
What size should I take?
Sizing is standard, so you’ll be safe sticking to what you wear normally. Depending on how you like to wear them we recommend for girls to bump ‘em up a size and roll up the sleeves.
Note: Upon receiving your T-shirts you might notice that some of our earlier designs don’t have the size marked on the label of the tee, only on the tag attached.
How about the fit?
Unless stated otherwise, the tees are a unisex straight fit cut from 4.3oz/146g 100% cotton.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
That depends on where you live, but generally dispatch time takes 1 to 3 working days, with shipping itself taking another 2 to 7 days. If you live in Belgium or one of the neighboring EU countries your order should arrive within the week. Long distance shipment might take longer. Worst case it will take up to two weeks for your order to arrive.
What countries do you ship to, and what does it cost?
We are based in Antwerp, Belgium and ship our goods using bpost, the national postal service, to the countries listed below:
(0) Belgium
(1) Germany, The Netherlands, France (excluding overseas territories), Luxemburg and The United Kingdom.
(2) The Azores, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Madeira, Malta, Isle of Man, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
(3) Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Switzerland, The canaries, Faeroe-Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Croatia, Lichtenstein, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican-city and Switzerland.
(4) Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia and The United States.
National shipments (zone 0) is €6,00 flat. The standard rate for international shipments (zones 1-4) is €12,00 for a package up to 2kg. Prints will be shipped in tubes and that may result in additional costs.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes. After having dispatched your order we’ll send you a mail containing a tracking number you can follow-up on here.
After placing my order I only received a confirmation mail from PayPal, is that normal?
Yes. You get a confirmation of your payment through PayPal immediately after placing your order. You will receive a second mail (sender: ben@fifthworld.be) containing a tracking number once we have dispatched your order.
How about the returns policy?
Requests for returns must be made to ben@fifthworld.be within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Please note we can't take back items that have been worn (outside trying them on), soiled or damaged. If you want exchange for another size there should be no problem as long as the product is returned in mint condition. Please not that shipping of exchanged items will be charged again.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards and regular PayPal payments.
Is the transaction secure?
Don’t fret. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). Google that if you want, it's safe.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Upon checkout you will be presented the option to 1) Log in to PayPal or 2) Make payments directly using your credit card.
